WEl1K(N) series of CNC marine-plate rolling machines achieved international advanced technology, acquired several Chinese patents．

It has three proprietary intellectual property rights as following：dual-driving & three-roller (ZL200420096162.1)，conjoined oil cylinder (ZL200510053247.8) and a particular marine-plate rolling machine(ZL200520129155.1)．This series of rolling machine has eximious structure and superior performance．

The features of the machine are as following,

1. International advanced technology, optimal model in China.

2. Patent technology that both bottom rollers are driven by individual driving system separately，eliminating mechanical interference. Besides, roller bearings are a type of self-aligning for milling machine, low energy consuming, and low power is required by main motor. It saves energy, and protects environment.

3. Patent technology of conjoined oil cylinder. Several groups of support rollers is set between upper roller and upper beam, adjusting height mechanically. It could reduce the deflection of upper beam and bed during the process of plate bending, which brings high bending accuracy.

4. Patent technology of particular CNC (Computer Numerical Control system). The synchronal lifting up & down of both ends of upper roller is controlled by CNC automatically. CNC system is invented and developed by the Company, with advanced technology of the multifunction as following: screen display, rolling calculation, program control, technical parameter memorization, software protection, failure alarm, as well as man-machine conversation.
