WD11 series energy-saving and environmental protection 3-roller rolling machine is a novel product with several proprietary intellectual property rights, based on European technologies．It has three patents: dual driving 3-roller (ZL200610005692.4), lifting up & down device for bending ＆ rolling machine (ZL2005100098888.8) , bracket assembly rolling machine (ZL200610006589.1)．
The series of rolling machine has novel structure and superior performance．Features of the machine are as following：
1. Patent technology that either of 2 lower-rollers is driven by individual driving system separately, eliminating mechanical interference. Besides, roller bearings are the type of self-aligning for milling machine, low energy consuming, low power is required by main motor. It saves energy, and protects environment.
2. The worm gear and rod, screw and nut of upper roller lifting up & down device are whole immersed in lubrication box, with high lubricating effect, great bearing capacity, as well as long service life.
3. Bracket is assembled, being convenient for installation and maintenance.
4. Turn end turns mechanically, convenient and reliable.
5. The single end of upper roller can be lifted up & down by controlling the clutch, to bend oil cylinder.
